take the F to the 2nd Avenue stop. Follow the signs to the EXIT marked “1st Avenue and Houston.” Walk north 1 ½ blocks on 1st Avenue. We are located on the west side of the Avenue between 1st and 2nd St.

take the 6 train to Bleecker St. Walk east on Bleecker. Cross Bowery and Bleecker becomes 1st St. Continue on 1st St. until you reach 1st Avenue. Turn left on 1st Avenue. Lil' Frankie's is located 1/2 a block down on the left hand side (west side) of 1st Avenue (between 1st and 2nd St.)

take the N or R train to Prince Street. Walk north on Broadway 1 block. Turn right on Houston St. Walk to 1st Avenue (about 10 blocks) and turn left. Lil' Frankie's is located on the left hand side (west side) of 1st Avenue between 1st and 2nd St.

take the L train to 1st. Walk south 13 blocks. We are located between 1st and 2nd St. on the right hand side (west side) of 1st Avenue.

From the West (Jersey): Take Holland Tunnel. Merge onto Beach St. via exit 3 to Brooklyn. Beach St turns left and becomes W Broadway. Turn right at W Houston St. Turn left at 1st Ave.

From the North: Take I-87 S to I-278 W toward Triboro Bridge/Manhattan/Queens. Exit at Triborough Bridge toward Randalls-Wards Is/Manhattan/FDR. Take the ramp onto FDR Dr S. Take the Houston St exit 5 to Holland Tunnel. Turn right at E Houston St. Turn right at 1st Ave. Lil' Frankie's is located on your left (the west side of the avenue) between 1st and 2nd St.
